Updated Schedule and Budget Document

Using the designs produced in the design document, my team in an effort to create a recommendtion of a bike path for the city of Potosi's City Park, complied all of the needed materials and listed a approximation of the cost of the budget. We also utilized Mocrosoft Project to layout the scheduling of the entire project from the culverts needed to the outfitting of the bathroom included in the design. The project, in terms of the design, budget, and scheduling in its whole is able to be decreased in manageable parts to allow for the city. The point of this part of the project was to be able to incorperate the understanding from the class of Microsoft Project and its capability. This document also helped drive home the understanding of budgets in a large scale project and the conciderations that must be made behind the sences to make sure the project runs smoothly such as making the budget usage look like a "S" curve.

The final document has been added as the second document above to allow for cross referencing of any changes. The above document is a live document to a current project, this document will change. Come back after May to see the final document that was submitted to Potosi for their future use.

This undernstanding of how a schedule and budget go hand in hand is critical to projects and is the main take away from this part of the project. Being able to schedule and budget a project is almost a project in its own and if you have not been able to see this correlation and the absolute task that it puts on, being in in a managment position becomes even harder.Â
